Vanessa Postma is an animator and illustrator specializing in both 2D and 3D work. Her vibrant creations draw inspiration from hip-hop culture, cartoons, and bold colors, with storytelling at the heart of her art. She also weaves elements of her Surinamese heritage into her work, creating dynamic and culturally rich visual narratives.
Besides focussing on brands/commercial work, she aspires to develop her filmmaking skills within the animation industry.
Graduated with a Masters degree in Animation from MIVC St. Joost School of Art & Design in 2023.
